I’m Andrea Anderson, Certified Health + Life Coach and ACC certified by the International Coach Federation. I serve ambitious women who want to show up fully vibrant and energized in their personal and professional lives. I create a sacred place for women, like you, to focus on caring for their body, mind + spirit and give them permission to be kind to themselves.
Because you, sister, have a Holy Spirit fire and passion for what you do and you know God has called you to bigger things.
You also recognize He has called you to quieter, equally beautiful ways of serving Him by loving others well…whether that’s your family, your clients or customers, your friends, co-workers or just the people He puts right in front of you.
But with so much on your plate and a driving desire to do it all well, it often leaves you…
- Worn out
- Feeling sluggish and uncomfortable in your own skin
- Hiding when you know you need to show up visibly
You secretly wish someone would see your needs (for once). At times, you question if even God is hearing you.
You wonder if you’ll ever really feel released to care for your body the way you know you need to, because every time you start to do that, you’re hit with a heavy dose of guilt.
Heck, even thinking about it loads up feelings of selfishness.
You want to know it’s okay to take care of yourself.
That you don’t have choose between yourself or others.
But you aren’t sure what to do next…
It’s why I’m here for you.
My passion in helping ambitious women become fully vibrant and energized began with my own health transformation.
It was all God’s idea, not mine.
If it had been up to me, I never would have started eating more plants or detoxing from added sugar.
He was also the one to nudge me into getting both by Health and Mastery Life Coach certifications which finally helped me address my stress levels and mindset “gremlins” head on.
Before that, I just assumed that being stressed and worn out was a normal. Especially as a mom of four children and a business owner.
I didn’t know that I didn’t have to accept the worn out, anxious, impatient, afraid-to-own-who-I-am version of myself as my reality.
From these experiences, I saw exactly how my health – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – was holding me back from reaching my full potential. I also noticed that women often are not supported and encouraged in the way they need to be when it comes to their health.
It’s why, when I work with women, I take into account how they feel about changes they want to make, the way they think about themselves and what they really believe is possible deep down. I rely fully on the Holy Spirit to guide our sessions and help my clients to hear directly from God on what is best for her uniquely created body. We do this without her feeling like she has to sacrifice her relationships or her professional life in the process.
However, my favorite part of working with my clients is seeing them draw closer to God and shine a brighter light for Jesus because they feel more vibrant and energized and have learned how to be kind to themselves.
